We make every effort to accurately display product colours, designs, sizing, materials, and descriptions. However, due to variations in screen displays, lighting conditions, manufacturing processes, and material batches, the final product may vary slightly from what appears online.
Because some products are made-to-order or partner-fulfilled:
- We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind
- We do not accept returns for incorrect size selection or personal preference
Product descriptions, pricing, and availability are subject to change at any time without notice. We reserve the right to discontinue any product or limit quantities at our discretion.
SECTION 3 – ORDERS
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. MAJORES reserves the right to accept or decline any order at its sole discretion, including where fraud or abuse is suspected.
Orders are not considered accepted until payment is successfully processed and order confirmation is issued.
Once an order has been accepted, it cannot be cancelled, modified, or changed, as production or fulfillment may begin shortly after purchase. Please review all order details carefully before submitting.

You represent that all purchases are for personal or household use and not for resale or commercial distribution.

All delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. MAJORES is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Title and risk of loss transfer to you upon delivery to the carrier.
Orders returned due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer are not eligible for refunds or replacements, except where required by law.
Packages marked "Delivered" by the carrier but reported missing do not qualify as damaged or defective. Customers must first contact the carrier and verify delivery details. We may assist where possible, but replacements or refunds are not guaranteed.
SECTION 6 – RETURNS AND REFUNDS
All sales are final.
Refunds or replacements are issued only for items that arrive damaged or defective, in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
Minor variations in print placement, colour tone, sizing tolerance, material texture, or natural product grain are considered normal and do not qualify as defects.
