Most MAJORES products are produced or prepared after an order is placed. This may include made-to-order, print-on-demand, or partner-fulfilled items.

Processing times may increase during promotions, high-volume periods, or holidays

Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.

Once an order enters production or fulfillment, it cannot be cancelled, modified, or changed.

Shipping Times

Shipping timelines begin after processing is complete and are estimates only.

Canada & United States: 5–10 business days
International: 10–20 business days

Shipping Rates & Fees

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details (where available).

Tracking updates may take 24–72 hours to appear after shipment.

Shipping Delays

MAJORES is not responsible for delays caused by:

Customs inspections

Incorrect or incomplete shipping information

Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.

If an order is returned due to:

Incorrect address
Incomplete address
Failed delivery attempts

the order is not eligible for a refund. If reshipping is possible, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping costs.

Delivered but Reported Missing

If a shipment is marked "Delivered" by the carrier but reported as missing, this does not qualify as a shipping error or defect.

In these cases:

Please contact the carrier directly to initiate an investigation
Verify your delivery address and delivery location
Then contact us at Majores Support so we can assist where possible

MAJORES is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier. Refunds or replacements are not guaranteed in these situations.

Lost or Stolen Packages

MAJORES is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after delivery confirmation by the carrier.

We strongly recommend shipping to secure locations and monitoring tracking updates closely.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy.

You must contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide:

Your order number
Clear photos of the damaged item and packaging

Approved claims will be handled according to our refund or replacement process.

International Orders

International shipments may be subject to customs fees, import taxes, or duties imposed by your local government.

These fees are not controlled by MAJORES and are the responsibility of the customer.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.

Multiple Shipments

Orders containing multiple items may ship separately depending on production location, availability, or fulfillment partner.

If this occurs, tracking details will be provided for each shipment.
